For customers who have more than one emergency phone, we recommend utilizing a TDE Series Consolidation System. With the TDE Consolidator, we are able to utilize a single telephone line for multiple emergency phone units...up to 256 devices on a single consolidator! For buildings with multiple emergency phones, the cost of having a dedicated telephone line for each phone unit can add up quickly. The TDE consolidator can consolidate your telephone lines down to zero or just one if you would like to have the ability to dial outside of your property.
Our TDE Series Consolidator System allows multiple elevator phones, gate phones, entry phones and other telephone devices to communicate within a building, even without a need for a dedicated telephone line. With the addition of our new digital Master Station at Security and a USB Power Station, the TDE System will function as an internal intercom system at all times, with zero disruption. If power to the building is lost, you will still have the ability to operate all devices connected to the system. Elevator phones, gate phones, garage phones, etc. will all operate properly when power is lost to the building. Other locations that benefit from having a master station installed are fire control rooms and elevator machine rooms; in some cities these devices are required in these locations. Master stations give the Fire Marshal and Elevator Mechanics the ability to call into a nonoperational elevator from their associated Machine Room and Fire Control Room.
