Monitoring Emergency Telephones....Exclusively!
Coss Communication's has been exclusively monitoring emergency telephones for over 20 years. Our newly renovated and state of the art call center features the latest LCLogic software, capable of capturing not only an entire HD digital voice recording of the entire emergency call situation, but call activity, date and time stamp and call duration. When an emergency call is received by one of our team members, our systems automatically displays the location address, elevator cab number and a list of emergency contacts as specified by our customers.
Being that we are also an emergency phone service company, this gives us an edge to not only monitor your elevator phones with code compliance, but we are also able to monitor issues with your emergency phone system. This will serve to streamline the monitoring with the service of your elevator communications system, ensuring that the system is operating optimally with minimal downtime should a failure arise. Most call centers are outsourced to companies that do not understand the difference between a faulty phone unit calling out versus a false alarm or phone test. We at Coss believe it is important to not only have a team respond to entrapped passengers, but to erratic and troubled phone units as well. We have a service team standing by should service be needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Liability...are you insured to monitor your own emergency telephones?
You may be or may have been unknowingly monitoring your own emergency phones without the insurance coverage needed to handle this type of service in the event of a loss. Emergency telephone monitoring requires a special addendum to your policy for coverage to be realized. Coss is fully insured to monitor your emergency phones and we are certified to handle emergency dispatch when a distress call is made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not leave the safety of your tenants and customers to anyone who is unprepared to realize the liability involved in this task. We currently monitor over 4,000 emergency telephones across the country and because of our volume, we are able to offer the lowest monthly monitoring rate in the industry!
